1) Microwave
A microwave is something you probably use daily. It’s something you might not be forgetting to clean but procrastinate to clean. As soon as you see tiny particles of food you wipe it down immediately!
2) Faucet Aerator
This is the tiny attachment at the end of your faucet. We stumbled upon ours being not so clean when we noticed the water running funny. We unscrewed it and sure enough, it needed a cleaning! They can get pretty filthy so clean yours today!
3) Dishwasher Filter
The dishwasher cleans your dishes but you have to clean your dishwasher! Every dishwasher has a filter (inside at the bottom). Make sure to wash it and disinfect it often!
4) Outdoor Trash Bin
Another item that you use daily. Your bin gets emptied out weekly but residue from bags leaking stays and could leave an odor next to the bin. Give your trash bin a rinse at least once a month or so!
5) Air Conditioner Filter
Oh, this is something that a lot of us don’t even think about! You have to change out your air conditioner filter every month or two!
6) Medicine Cabinet
The trusty medicine cabinet that collects painkillers and prescriptions year after year. Give it a deep clean once every few months to make sure you toss out any expired medicine and add anything you need to stock up on! It will be a bummer if your ibuprofen is either expired or empty the next time you need it!
7) Dinnerware Cabinet
Your clean dishes sit in a cabinet but dust can collect little by little on the shelf. Give your dish shelves a wipe the next time you are deep cleaning your home.
