When you care what people will say or think about you, it robs you of being happy. At that point, you’re just living to please other people. And we all know it’s not possible to please everyone.

Sometimes we get random opinions thrown at us that we weren’t expecting. And when that happens it can affect us in different ways.

4) Live In Gratitude Instead Of Fear (What If They Say This or That)
Although this one might be difficult, try to live in gratitude and happiness instead of fear of other people.
If you are always thinking “what if they think this or say that” then at that point, you are just living for other people (that most likely don’t know you personally).
Learn to drop that fear.
5) You Can’t Ever Please Everyone At The Same Time- Which Means You Have To Stop Trying To
You literally will not be able to please every single person at the same time. And that alone should tell you very big things.
Everyone will have a say in everything you do and you won’t be able to make them all happy.
Instead, focus on pleasing God, tending to your family’s needs, and making sure YOU are happy.

7) Do A Social Media Cleanse
If you are always on social media and constantly comparing yourself to others, you might have to do a cleanse.
Stay off social media for a few days and clear your mind. This will help you drop the opinions of others and just live your life.
8) If You Need An Actual Opinion- Ask Those That You Care About-If You Didn’t Ask For The Opinion Then It Doesn’t Matter
Last but not least, if you are in a situation and you actually need an opinion, ask someone that you care about and someone close to you.
They most likely won’t lie and give you a genuine response that could help you rather than benefit themselves.
