Hash Brown Toast
Ingredients
- 2 Hash brown Patties (from Aldi)
- 1 teaspoon of mayo
- 1/4 cup of leafy greens
- 1/2 of an avocado, sliced
- 4 cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 2 eggs
- 1 Green onion, chopped
- Garlic salt to taste
- a Pinch of Red pepper flakes
- Chili & lime seasoning
- Olive oil and/or butter
Instructions
- Fry the hash brown patties on medium-high heat with olive oil until crispy (about 2 min on each side) (if frozen unthaw first)
- Melt the butter and fry two eggs to your liking (seasoning with garlic salt and red pepper flakes)
- Assemble the toast in this order:
- mayo
- leafy greens
- avocado seasoned with chili & lime seasoning
- cherry tomatoes slices
- Topped with one egg on each patty
- Garnish with green onions
- drizzle with hot sauce (optional)
