If you are looking for easy plants to keep alive, you’re at the right place! I have some amazing plants to share with you!
Now I am nowhere near a professional gardener but I sure do love my plants!
I’ve discovered my love for plants after I got married and bought my very first two. After seeing one of them thrive (we won’t talk about the other one) I thought wow okay. I can totally do this!
I kept buying more and more until I had well over 20. And for the most part, they were all growing and in great shape.
Having so many plants, I’ve learned some were a bit pickier than others and some will let you know when they’re thirsty! (droopy leaves)
I want to share a few easy indoor plants that are not picky and are so easy to take care of and keep alive.
They are great for first-time plant parents!
I hope you can find one that you will give a try!

best indoor plants
1) Bamboo Plant
This plant is great because there is no such thing as overwatering it! It thrives in the water! And loves to be near the sunlight! (not direct) I have 3 and they are doing amazing!
2) Philodendron Green
This plant is one of my favorites! The leaves are somewhat heart-shaped and make the plant look even more gentle and beautiful!
It loves being near the light and doesn’t mind drying out once in a while! It grows fast you just have to keep up!
The store below is where I got mine and it is thriving!
3) Pothos
The pothos is similar to the philodendron. (the one above this one) It loves the sunshine and doesn’t mind being over or underwatered. The main difference between the two plants is the leaves. The pothos has larger, brighter green leaves.
4) English Ivy
The English Ivy is also amongst the vine plants. It grows fast and allows you to be flexible with the watering. The small almost star-shaped leaves are a pretty sight for sure!
The best thing about all of these vine plants is the fact that they are air purifying as well!
5) Fiddle Leaf Fig Tree
Don’t let the tree part scare you! This plant is beautiful and will tell you when it is unhappy! Out of all the plants I’ve seen these leaves will droop the most when it doesn’t have enough water.
Water once a week but if you forget it’ll definitely remind you! The fiddle leaf fig also doesn’t mind a spot next to the window!
