I love adding sweet potatoes to my breakfast, and doing it this way takes it to the next level- and it’s super easy!!

Sweet Potato Toast

Ingredients
- 1 Sweet Potato
- 1 Teaspoon of Olive oil (not pictured)
- 1/2 of an Avacado
- 1 Tablespoon of Creme Cheese
- A pinch of Everything bagel Seasoning
- A pinch of chili & Lime seasoning
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Peel, Slice, & Wash the Sweet potato
- Bake In the Oven (or air fryer) at 375 f for 25 minutes
- Prep the avocado (Cut the avocado open, slice, and scoop out with a spoon)
- Take Sweet potato slices out of the oven and top them with your toppings
- creme cheese & everything bagel seasoning
- avocado slices, chili & lime seasoning, and everything bagel seasoning
