Ingredients:
- 6 brioche rolls
- 1/2 a pound of ground beef
- Seasoning of your choice (salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
- 3-4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 Romaine lettuce slices
- 1 large tomato, sliced (or 10 cherry tomatoes sliced)
- 1/2 onion, diced
- Mayo (optional)

Step 1: Fry The Ground Beef With Onions
In a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat, fry the diced onions until they are golden brown. Add the ground beef and season with your choice of seasoning. Cook until the beef is browned and no longer pink, stirring occasionally.

Step 2: Add Tomato Paste & Creme Cheese / Finish Cooking & Set Aside
Add the tomato paste and cream cheese to the skillet with the ground beef. Mix well until the cream cheese is melted and the tomato paste is evenly distributed. Let it simmer for 5-10 minutes until the flavors are fully developed.

Step 3: Prep The Sliders & Add Cheese And Ground Beef
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Slice the brioche rolls in half and place the bottom half in a baking dish. (this is where you can add mayo, I chose not to) Add the cheese slices on the bottom half. Spread the beef mixture on top of the cheese. Add your shredded mozzarella on top of the ground beef and close with the top half of the rolls.

Step 4: Baking the Sliders
Bake for 7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the brioche rolls are toasted.

Step 5: Serving the Sliders
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. You can serve the sliders just as they are or choose to add toppings like I did!

Tips for Serving
- Serve the sliders with additional condiments such as ketchup, mustard, or hot sauce.
- Add different toppings like bacon, avocado, or jalapeños for more flavor.
- Double or triple the recipe for larger crowds.
Variations
- Turkey sliders: Substitute ground turkey for beef and use Swiss cheese instead of cheddar.
- Vegetarian sliders: Use a meat substitute and skip the ground beef. Use your favorite veggies and cheeses instead.
