Adding a simple garland to your window is just what you need to start the season! On top of it, add dried oranges. You can purchase them instead of making them! We are linking our favorites at the end of the post!

- Small Garland + Dried Oranges
Adding a Christmas swag above your stove will slowly start to bring your decor together!
Simple decorations go a long way while still adding holiday cheer to you and your family! Dried oranges might sound a little skeptical at first, but they add a beautiful pop of color and are unique! (while being simple and not too much!)
3) Coffee Area
When decorating your coffee station, you can add a hot chocolate section as well!
What you need:
- Christmas tree (mini)
- Ornaments (mini)
- Basket or Tree Skirt (mini)
Tip; You don’t have to have a separate station for your coffee, you can set this up on your countertop!
Start by choosing a spot for your tree. After you know where you want it to sit, add the basket or tree skirt and decorate it with your favorite Christmas ornaments!
Most important step; cozy up with a cup of hot coffee!
4) Countertops

- christmas floral arrangements
- Bowl with ornaments

What you need:
- Garland or Wreath
- Dried fruit garland with beads (optional)
Remember, when decorating all areas of your kitchen for the holidays, you have to make sure you’re’ keeping it simple. A simple garland or wreath on your window will do just the trick!
6)Kitchen/Dinner Table
Prepping your dinner table for a Christmas feast is an absolute must! It brings joy and a holiday mood to everyone at the table!
Items you need to make a festive dinner table:
- Dinnerware
- Silverware
- Table runner
- Cloth napkins
- Ring holders for napkins
- Candles
- Garland
Like always, start with the base. Before setting up your dishes, make sure your table has a tablecloth, table runner, or both!
Our table in the image above has both but still provides a simple yet festive look. We’re linking our favorites at the end of the post! After your table has the base, start by setting up your dinnerware. Make sure you know in advance how many guests you’re expecting.
When setting your dinnerware, leave room for the cloth napkins and silverware.
You can choose between placing your napkins under the dinner plates, next to the dinner plates, or on top of the dinner plates.
(We’re setting the cloth napkins in ring holders and leaving them in the middle of the plate.)
After your dinnerware placement is complete, start decorating!
Tip; Candles, oranges, and a simple garland will transform your table!
